DJs can use the SYSTEM ONE’s touchscreen to navigate through crates, sort by BPM and key, swipe to load tracks to a deck, zoom in or out on waveforms, adjust key syncing, and jump through tracks. Serato DJ Pro’s waveform orientation can be adjusted using the SYSTEM ONE’s layout manager. This level of hardware/software integration is a first on any Serato DJ Pro-supported device.
SYSTEM ONE users can access Serato DJ Pro expansions such as Serato Video and performance features, including Serato Stems, Pitch Play, and Scratch Bank. When a Serato DJ Pro track is loaded, pad modes switch to provide access to these Serato-specific features. With Combo Pad mode, DJs can access two pad modes simultaneously on any Serato DJ Pro-enabled deck.
The SYSTEM ONE’s four internal FX options - Main FX, Touch FX, Fader FX and Sweep FX - can be applied to Serato DJ Pro tracks with perfect BPM sync, and multiple FX can be layered. Serato’s JD Pro’s software FX are also accessible via the Software FX button in the Control Centre menu.
